  1. Scheduling Appointments
    • All appointments must be scheduled through our website by sending an email to Info@allseasonswindowtint.com or by calling No: 1682-688-3840.
    • Please schedule your appointments early enough to ensure that you get the best available time convenient to you.
  2. Do we require deposits to schedule an Appointment: We may require deposits at the time of scheduling your appointment, please confirm your appointment within 2 days before the scheduled date.
  3. Can I cancel and reschedule my appointment: We do require that you notify us of any cancellation, at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. You may be charged a cancellation fee if the notice is received less than 48 hours to your scheduled appointment date.
  4. Payment: Our pricing is available on our website, or you may request that we provide you with our pricing schedule. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and [other payment methods]. Please note that payment shall be made before any servicing is carried out.
  5. Tinting Services: We offer a range of tinting options, and we shall assist you in selecting the right option for you. While we strive for perfection, please understand that tinting may result in slight variations, and we are not responsible for minor imperfections.   6. Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on our tinting services. This warranty does not cover glass cracks, breaks or spread due to invisible or already damaged glass prior to bringing the car to our workshop. Please see our Front Windshield/Back Glass Window Tint, All Strip/Retint Vehicles and Film Removal policy. We do not provide coverage from damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations.
  7. Privacy and Data Security: We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
  8. Feedback and Concerns: We are committed to providing excellent customer serviced to you, and your feedback will help us in exceeding your expectations.   9. Changes to Policy: Whilst we reserve the right to update this policy as and when we deem fit, we shall post each update on our website. We bear no responsibility for your failure to be aware of the changes in our policy.

 

FRONT WINDSHIELD/BACK GLASS WINDOW TINT
    1. Any signs of glass damages (small cracks, chips, or signs of possible spread of damages will not be aswt responsibility to replace if damaged during window tinting process. We hold no accountability or liability if glass cracks, breaks, or spreads due to invisible, already damaged glass prior to aswt installation.

 

Front windshield tint
    1. Please understand that the clear film we put on (llumar air80 or xpel ceramic 70) is a clear product with a lifetime warranty against fading, peeling, and bubbling. We follow the window tint law of applying this film on as a clear product for the added benefits. We do not hold any liability if you use ammonia free products during detailing or cleaning, which can cause the glass to fog up or smudge.

 

Back glass window tint
  1. Dot matrixs’ are built into the glass. We do not have the ability to make window tint on the edge of all glass on vehicle that have dot matrixs’ lay flat. Window tint applied in those areas will not lay flat due to the design of the dot matrix.
  2. We wish to notify our customers about the potential risk of defroster line damage, whether partial or complete, during the process of stripping back glass. This information is provided to ensure awareness and transparency. We hold no accountability or any liability for any damage that might occur to the glass

 

ATTENTION

 

All strip/retint vehicles

Due to level of difficulty of removal of old film, the estimated time of removal will generally take all day for the most park when removing tint on all windows.

Here’s what you need to know:

Duration of removal but not limited to obstacles 4-6 hours

  • Step 1: we use a steaming process, scraper, or method called “bagging” to remove old adhesisves from old film.
  • Step 2: once old film is removed, our tech(s) will do a thorough cleaning of the windows inside the vehicle to remove any dirt or debris before installing the new film.

Duration of new film installation 1.5-2 hours

  • Step 3: new patterns for your designated vehicle are cut and shrunk to ensure proper installation.
  • Step 4: all windows will be wiped down from the inside before our front desk calls you to let you know your vehicle is ready for pick up.
  • Step 5: all warranty and paperwork is completed and will be given at the time of pick up. Please allow 3-5 days for all moisture bubbles to disappear. Do not roll windows down for 3-5 days to allow the film to bond with windows.

 

FILM REMOVAL PROCESS
  1. Process can take 4-7 hours for a full vehicle depending on how long the old film has been on and retinting the vehicle.
  2. Process can take 1.5 – 2 hours for a few windows along with retinting.
  3. Most back glasses have defrosters built in, that alone can take 1.5 – 3 hours to remove to save defrosters. 99% of the time we can remove the old film safely using a steamer.
  4. We do not guarantee that we can save your defrosters, but we do our best using a steaming process to remove old film carefully. We are not liable if defrosters are not working after old back glass film is removed.

Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time if old film sticks to the defrosters due to excessive adhesive that was originally used.
